PILATES STRENGTH incorporates traditional Pilates moves, low impact cardio and calisthenics. Developed by Hanneke with the help of Personal Trainer, Crossfit Certified Instructor and close friend, Lauren Sheinfeldt. This class is a full body workout and targets all the right places: Deep and Superficial Muscles – from your transverse abdominis, pecs, triceps, biceps glutes and hamstrings: you name it – you’ll feel it!

The atmosphere in class is vibrant with great music and Hanneke’s voice to push you through those tough moments. This class is for men and women who are looking to get fit, lean out their bodies, and build core strength.

Hanneke’s high energy and enthusiastic personality will lead you through this hard core routine and take your body to the next level!

I have been teaching the class since September 2011, it’s been a hit and becoming increasingly popular. After hosting the successful Launch Party at South Boston Yoga the word is out and everyone’s loving it!
